What is a green yoga studio?
We created a yoga studio that integrated the principles of
yoga. Everything from our mats to the cleaning supplies is
safe for the environment. The eye-pillows are made with
organic flaxseed, lavender buds, rice and spike lavender
oil. The blocks are made of natural cork, soft to the touch.
The yoga straps are 100% cotton. We have chosen
products that do not have any harsh chemicals or dyes.
The wood floor finish is made of safflower and sesame oil.
The ottomans in the front lobby are made from bamboo.
We have plants in the lobby and in the studio. Most of all,
we created our space with a sense of peace and love so
that you can come and enjoy life with us. We hope that
when you enter the space that you feel at home. We also
hope that you take some of our good vibe with you.

Yoga Instructor Highlight: Todd
Todd Venable’s greatest joy is sharing his love of yoga with a wide variety of people.
He encourages students to approach yoga as a way of life, to practice with a beginner's
mind, with loving kindness and with sincerity. Todd’s teaching style finds inspiration
from his own life challenges and experiences, which he shares generously from his
heart and spirit to guide others to reconnect with their own uniqueness. My classes
have the intention to inspire life’s journey and allow self discovery that deeply enriches
the mind, body and spirit of every student. Breath awareness, asanas (postures)
sequences, and music bring focus, clarity and serenity; along with, healthier bodily
functions and increased prana (energy). My teacher training (200 hours) was
completed in the beauty of Prescott, AZ through Yoga Shala. Each student and every
class is important to my practice – always aware and open to ways that offer support
for our journey into Yoga.
Namaste,
Todd Venable
