What do I bring to class?
In preparation for all classes:
Please wear comfortable clothing. Bring water and a towel.
Class Types:
Basics- Yoga 101 in English
Are you brand new to yoga? This is a workshop-style class that
focuses on the basic principles of yoga.
Dance Church-Start out your week by uplifting your soul. Join us as
we dance to positive music and move as if no one is watching.
All-Levels Hatha Yoga- All levels yoga class with traditional positions
Hot Yoga- By heating the body, the muscles are more flexible and
mobile. This class is a workout and and sweat.
Personalized Yoga- One-on-one yoga with appointment. This is an
individualized session of yoga.
Power Yoga- Strength-building yoga. This class is designed for
advanced yogis/yoginis or those wanting a more physical challenge.
Sadhana- 7 week sessions of morning meditation, chant, and
reflection. Sun Salutations follow.
Yin Yoga- Slow, restorative yoga with a guided meditation.
Other Yogas- ayurveda and other services
