M. Kirana Whittaker- Ayurvedic Counselor, Reiki Master,
Registered Yoga Instructor
M. Kirana Whittaker has been practicing and studying Ayurveda for the last
four years. Her teachers include Vasant Lad and Rama Jyoti Vernon. She is a
graduate of Dr. Vasant Lad's two year program at the Ayurvedic Institute in
Albuquerque, New Mexico. She is also a reiki master and bodyworker. She
is available for Ayurvedic cooking for small groups and workshops on
Ayurveda. She enjoys dancing, laughing, yoga. hiking in the Red Rocks, and
swimming in Oak Creek.
